Those experiences equipped her to make a lasting impact in the health and fitness industry. When working with individuals and corporations, it is her top priority to guide clients towards sustainable lifestyle changes that will support a healthy, balanced, and happy life for years to come.

After graduating from college and earning her NSCA Personal Training certification, Sarah moved from Massachusetts to Virginia and began her personal training career in Norfolk. Since, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from 14 years old to 90 years old. Good exercise programming customized to the needs of the individual is always the primary focus of training. While helping clients to reach their goals, Sarah prioritizes achieving sustainable results by working alongside each person to get to know how their body works and responds to nutrition and exercise. This way, they feel equipped and empowered to lead a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Sarah has been a nutritionist and worked in corporate wellness for 2 years. Her background in nutrition and public health have given her access to the most up-to-date literature, evidence-based science, and experience with positively impacting health on a large scale. Complementing her education in public health, Sarah worked with a national non-profit addressing underprivileged youth health outcomes through nutrition and exercise for 4 years.
