Reece is a lifetime athlete with immense passion for movement and sport. Reece has played collegiate baseball as a pitcher/outfielder, and is a current MMA practitioner. In the past, Reece has had a major lumbar spine injury which caused him to switch his style of training from sport performance to rehabilitation. He dug himself out from rock bottom to be able to get out of chronic pain, and back to his sports despite doctors saying he would need surgery to do so. Through this journey he has learned the importance of training for longevity as well as performance, and is now very proficient in both in order to be as strong as possible for as long as possible. He has 12 years of experience in the weight room and loves nothing more than to share his knowledge and passion for physical activity!
