With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Ghent Fit Norfolk. He has worked with a wide range of clients including youth athletes, active-duty military, retired adults, and active agers. His approach is simple yet powerful: make fitness fit into your lifestyle for sustainable, long-term success. As Luke puts it, “There’s always a way forward, we just have to find the path that works best for you.”
Luke’s journey into fitness began after a career-altering football injury in high school, which led to an intensive eight-month rehab process. That experience ignited his passion not just for physical recovery, but for the art and science of training. He began learning everything he could about strength and conditioning, eventually coaching his sister to become a top high school 800-meter sprinter. Seeing her growth and victories on the track sparked a fire in Luke to help others transform and reach their own personal best.
When he’s not coaching or training in the gym, you’ll find Luke hiking, hanging out with family and friends, or getting competitive in games like Super Smash Bros., League of Legends, and Marvel Rivals. A proud anime fan and comic book enthusiast, he’s just as passionate about Marvel and DC storylines as he is about deadlifts and dumbbells.
