Gina is a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist dedicated to helping others transform their mind, body, and soul through the power of physical fitness and nutrition. With over a decade of experience in both private and corporate gym settings, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and real-world insight to every client interaction. A proud Navy Veteran, Gina also served as a fitness leader during her military service, guiding fellow service members to stay within physical fitness standards.

Her journey into strength training began at a turning point in her life. At 28, Gina weighed 198 pounds, was pre-diabetic, and knew something had to change. Introduced to the weight room by a friend, she quickly discovered the transformative power of strength training and clean eating. Since 2010, she has lost 45 pounds, reversed her health issues, and found a lifelong passion that now shapes every aspect of her life.

Gina is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, further expanding her expertise to offer a holistic approach to wellness—one that weaves together movement, nutrition, and mindset for lasting results.

When she’s not studying or training clients, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Mario, and their two pups—Diego the Australian Shepherd and Dallas the German Shepherd. Together, they soak up the joys of life as a tight-knit little family.

Gina is passionate about helping others take control of their health, build confidence in the gym, and become the strongest version of themselves—inside and out.
