Emma is a passionate personal trainer with a Master’s of Science and Bachelor’s of Science degree in both Exercise Science, blending academic expertise with 5 years of hands-on training experience. Her strong foundation in exercise physiology, fitness principles, and wellness programming allows her to create evidence-based training strategies that deliver real results.
While Emma has always loved the weight room, her passion for fitness truly deepened in the classroom, where she discovered how the body adapts and improves through different modes of training. Applying this knowledge to her own fitness journey, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of structured, science-driven training.
At Ghent Fit Norfolk, Emma brings a friendly, welcoming presence to every session and approaches challenges with creativity, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused mindset. She is dedicated to helping clients build strength, move better, and feel their best—whether they’re just beginning their fitness journey or looking to elevate their training.
