MONTHLY NUTRITION EDUCATION SEMINARS
Each month join Sarah Kert; Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Ghent Fit Norfolk’s Wellness Director in monthly nutrition education seminars. Not only will you learn the powerful role that both nutrition and lifestyle factors play in health and well-being, but also how to implement valuable strategies that will help you maintain an intuitive, balanced, & sustainable eating pattern for life!
Each seminar is designed with a lecture-style presentation in the first half, followed by an engaging live Q&A session in the second half.

24 hours prior to the seminar, you will receive a reminder email that will include the Zoom link necessary to tune in. You will also receive a second reminder email the morning of.
Following each seminar, participants will receive a follow-up containing presentation slides, a full notes outline, and take-home resources.
