Born and raised in Hampton Roads, physical fitness has been a major part of Ashlee’s life since a young age. Ashlee began her 20+ year athletic career at the age of 5 when she was a cheerleader for her neighborhood rec league team. She later progressed to competitive cheerleading and coaching local all-star teams. Noticing the positive effects that weight training had on her own cheerleading athleticism, Ashlee’s passion for resistance training began.

After high school, Ashlee went on to pursue her degree in Exercise Science at her top choice school, Old Dominion University. Ashlee’s passion for fitness and love for the military community led her to an exciting career with MWR Navy Fitness. She began her navy fitness career as a fitness specialist and later earned a position as the Peninsula Fitness Director.

After becoming a mother, Ashlee decided to return to her first love of personal training. She specializes in developing realistic opportunities to incorporate health and fitness into any individual's busy schedule. No matter who you are, there is always more than one way to achieve your fitness goals! Ashlee is most passionate about working with new mothers, those who are just beginning their fitness journey, individuals who suffer from pain, and anyone returning to fitness after some time away. Ashlee is looking forward to working with you to find long-term, sustainable success!
