In each training session, we incorporate mobility, stretching, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques to optimize our client’s results. We recognize the value in recovery technology and are routinely updating our collection of recovery modalities. Our latest additions are an inversion table, the Tim Tam percussion massage device, and TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) unit.
